Dread has been offline since November 30th and it's starting to take a toll on the darknet community. The biggest occurrence being Kilos exit scam.

The notorious BTC-e or BTC-exchange, founded in 2011, was one of the largest crypto / fiat exchange services for its time. However as of July 25 2017 the exchange has been closed by federal agencies.

The group of coders known as the Incognite Team launched their own Darknet Discussion Forum the Libre Forum.

A new report by Chainalysis suggests that the way in which “illicit cryptocurrency” is being transferred and cashed out is rapidly evolving.

Fears of a worst-case scenario became reality for several darknet users yesterday as Kilos, a KYC-free exchange site specializing in the swapping of Bitcoin, Monero, and Litecoin, went completely offline.

The 22-year-old student had been arrested on October 25. It is said that the student was involved in running a darknet market place specialized for the German speaking countries.
